E-Town Gambler

The legendary Englishtown Raceway Park, also known as E-Town had an extremely successful kick off season in 2021 with its newly built Drift Stadium hosting its own professional drift competition series called the Etown Gambler. Formula Drift National Drift competition has made the drift stadium a permanent venue after hosting a very successful event in 2021. The 2021 season was great a success that drew competitors and fans from all over the northeast.

The Etown Gambler will be a points race for 2022 with event dates scheduled for May, July, August, September and October. The exact dates will be announced by December of 2021

SERIES TITLE SPONSOR

For all 5 events: $25k Adjust as needed

1. Sponsor will get maximum exposure during each event and will be listed as “The (sponsor name) Etown Gamblers Drift Competition” on all Marketing and Promotion material including but not limited to flyers, social media, ads, and t-shirts
2. Tags in all video advertising
3. Tags in FB live broadcast and logo will be present on the page during broadcast will also be streamed on youtube.
4. Banners throughout the facility
5. 10x30 Vendor booth with 6 staff and 4 display vehicle tickets
6. Press box in tower to host special guests
7. Announcements throughout the event and at the top of every round of competition

PRESENTING SPONSOR

Per event: $3,500
For all 5 events: $15k

1. Sponsor will get maximum exposure during each event and will be listed as “presented by” on all Marketing and Promotion material including but not limited to flyers, social media, ads, and t-shirts
2. Tags in all video advertising
3. Tags in FB live broadcast and logo will be present on the page during broadcast*also Youtube
4. Banners throughout the facility
5. 10x20 Vendoer booth with 4 staff and 4 display vehicle tickets
6. Press box in tower to host special guests
7. Announcements throughout the event and at the top of every round of competition

ASSOCIATE SPONSOR

Per event: $2,500
For all 5 events: $10k

1. Sponsor will get maximum exposure during each event and will be listed as “in association with” on all Marketing and Promotion material including but not limited to flyers, social media, ads, and t-shirts
2. Tags in all video advertising
3. Tags in FB live broadcast and logo will be present on the page during broadcast Youtube
4. Banners throughout the facility
5. 10X20 Vendoer booth with 2 staff and 2 display vehicle tickets
6. Press box in tower to host special guests- ok with this if they take all 5 events.
7. Announcements throughout the event and at the top of every round of competition

ROUND SPONSOR

Per event: $1500k
For all 5 events: $5K

1. Sponsor will get maximum exposure during each event and will be presented as, for example,” top 16 presented by” on all Marketing and Promotion material including but not limited to flyers, social media, ads, and t-shirts
2. Tags in all video advertising
3. Tags in FB live broadcast and logo will be present on the page during broadcast Youtube
4. Banners throughout the facility
5. 10x10 Vendor booth with 2 staff and 1 display vehicle tickets
6. Announcements throughout the event and at the top of every round of competition

PROGRAM SPONSORSHIPS

There will be a few areas where sponsors will be able to get visibility at the events. Sponsors can participate in a variety of promotions designed to create prize money for the drivers and exposure for the sponsors that participates in these programs.

LET IT RIDE

$300 Minimum-$800 Maximum PAYOUT

This is where a chip is created and given to a driver that qualifies for the competition. The chip starts at $25 and doubles as the driver wins and advances. If he wins all the rounds to the finals, he enters with $400. If he wins the finals, he gets $800 added to his payout. The catch is, each time the chip changes driver, it resets back to $25, except for the final round. Sponsors for the Let It Ride get announcements as the chip moves through the rounds, as well as announcements during breaks.

CASH PAYOUTS

$200 Minimum

Companies can offer a cash payout in addition to the purse. They will get announcements throughout the event that pertains to the driver’s ‘winnings’ for the event, as well as booth and banner display opportunities if they wish.

PRODUCT SPONSORSHIP

Companies wanting to provide products for the competition can do so in a few ways,

1. Per series where the product is awarded at all five events
2. Per event where the product is awarded at that specific event
3. For round winner for a specific round at all or a specific event

VENDOR PACKAGE

Vendor booths offer local and national businesses a chance to be at the event and have direct connection with both the racers, and the fans. Please contact our sales staff if you will require something more than our basic packages.
